Commercial Solutions, Inc. opened its doors in August of 2000, and has never looked back. The company, led by co-owners Phil Chase and Marc Woodman, is dedicated to providing quality roofing solutions for all of its customers. This has been achieved through hard work, excellent service, and knowledgeable employees who believe that integrity matters.
Commercial Solutions, Inc. understands the critical role that roofing systems play in the protection of property. Our goal is to provide the roofing system that best meets the needs of the customer.
To reach this goal, Commercial Solutions, Inc. employs a dedicated group of people who have the training, experience, and attitude to get the job done. Our people are what make our company. From estimating and sales, all the way through the construction phase of the project, our employees strive to provide the best product possible.
Our estimate and sales staff are trained, certified, and has over 50 years of combined roofing experience. We can provide detailed quotations and consulting on projects ranging from simple repairs, to complete design build of mixed system facilities.
The installation crews employed by Commercial Solutions, Inc., are second to none in the industry. Our installers have an average of 15 years of experience installing roofing systems, with some individuals having over 30 years of experience. Several of our installers have worked for our company since its inception.
