At The Flat Roof Specialists, we know your commercial roof is critical to your business. That’s why we offer comprehensive commercial roofing protection plans to safeguard your property and ensure business continuity. Our plans provide regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs. We use only the highest quality materials and utilize advanced techniques to maximize roof lifespan.
OPTION 1 - ROOF INSPECTION REPORT
Remove small debris from field of roof, roof drains, scuppers, collector boxes, gutters and downspouts. Budget numbers for recommended roof repairs and or roof replacement to be included.
Investment – $500 minimum plus $.01 sq. ft. above 5,000 sq. ft.
OPTION 2 - ROOF CLEANING
Written inspection report noting roof condition, lifespan and listing any deficiencies found. Budget numbers for recommended roof repairs and or roof replacement to be included.
Investment – $500 minimum plus $.01 sq. ft. above 5,000 sq. ft.
OPTION 3 - Roof Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance
Same as Option 2 including – Perform “Light” Preventative Maintenance – As required, we will re-caulk open metal flashings, pipe boots, misc. penetration flashings, re secure drain clamps and seal vent pipe collars.
Investment – $750 minimum plus $.02 sq. ft. above 5,000 sq. ft.
OPTION 4 - Roof Inspection Report, Roof Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance
Same as Option 3 including Option 1.
Investment – $1,000 minimum plus $.02 sq. ft. above 5,000 sq. ft.
Additional Notes
- Servicing roof systems two (2) times per year (bi-annually) is recommended by manufacturers.
- Slopes of 7:12 or greater – Roofs will require an additional fee and will calculate above.
- CSI PROtect Plans can be canceled at any time without penalty.
