Phil Chase
President
Phil is one of the partners of CSI which was founded in 2000. He worked in sales for a local roofing company for years before deciding he wanted start a business with a heavy focus on commercial low slope roofing. Throughout the years he has been focused on bringing his customers a quality yet cost-efficient product. Commercial Solutions has been able to grow from a local company into what is now a well-respected regional contractor through a strong commitment to his customers and employees.
Scott Clayton
VP of Business Development
Scott started his career with CSI in 2005. He specializes in commercial reroofing projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region of the US. His primary focus is always on the customer and their goals. He will listen to your current needs as well as your plans for the future to help you customize a plan to protect your assets in a cost-effective manner. His experience in the industry has led to many national awards amongst some of the largest contractors in the nation.
Neal Young
Commercial Estimator
Neal started his career with CSI in 2012. Neal began as our service and repair department manager. Over time we saw the need to transition him to our lead commercial new construction estimator. He utilizes his vast experience in the new construction field to ensure we meet our customers budgets and deadlines.
Marc Woodman Jr.
Commercial/ Residential Estimator
Marc started his career in 2002. Marc has seen it all and done it all when it comes to positions within the company. From roof installations to repair and maintenance he knows the “how to”! He utilizes those experiences to educate his customers and help them make decisions on what is best for their needs!
Carolino Gil
Project Manager
Carolino started his career with CSI in 2007. In the beginning Carolino was our first project foreman. As our company grew, we developed the need for a project management position to oversee all of our production crews. Carolino was the only option we considered! His 25+ years of experience and attention to detail is what makes him one of our most trusted team members!
Ashley Stephenson
Project Coordinator
Ashley started her career with CSI in 2013. She really is at the heart of all facets within the company. Her primary role is to assist production teams with all the logistics of each job from scheduling to closeout and everything in between. She takes great pride in her work and it shows!
Donna Sorrell
Office Manager
Donna started her career with CSI in 2016. Her primary focus is the day-to-day accounting for the company but she also wears many other hats. We could not run our office as smoothly as we do without her knowledge and oversight!
